Heather Norton is the owner of Paris Wigs and Extensions. She is a licensed cosmetologist in the State of Arizona. Heather has been in the hair and beauty industry for over fifteen years. She has aided in providing many women with beautiful hairstyles both on their biological hair as well as with their wigs or hair pieces.
Heather began a strong focus on building a business dedicated to empowering women and helping them regain their self confidence. She is driven simply by the feeling of watching women smile at themselves in the mirror after an appointment. Heather is confident in the quality of the products provided at Paris Wigs & Extensions as well as the level of service she offers. Heather is always dedicated to giving her clients the care and time they deserve. Heather is also extremely empathetic and understanding when it comes to the sensitive topic of hair loss.
